What we store
Your email address and name from Google sign-in; the books, covers, audio and videos you create; and a record of what each video cost us to make. We do not store your password — sign-in is handled by Google — and we never see your card details, which go to Lemon Squeezy.
Who else sees it
Your cover and audio are sent to the AI providers that generate and transcribe: Google (via Vercel AI Gateway), OpenAI, and Replicate. They process the files to return a result. Files are stored on Vercel Blob and the database is hosted by Neon.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not use your covers to train models, and we do not post anything anywhere on your behalf.
Deleting it
Deleting a book, track or video removes it and its files. To remove your account and everything attached to it, email hello@bookreels.app and it will be deleted within 30 days.
Cookies
One session cookie, set when you sign in, so the app knows who you are. No advertising or tracking cookies.
